BT03 Portable Bluetooth Speaker (BK)

I ordered a Blaupunkt BT03 Black Bluetooth Speaker (Item Code: BO0693) , which I received today. Unfortunately, the product is not functioning properly. When I turn on the speaker, there is no sound. Even after successfully connecting it to my device via Bluetooth, no audio output is coming. I have also charged the speaker and it is currently showing around 80% battery, but the issue still persists.

Kindly look into this issue and guide me regarding a replacement .

I purchased this BT03 speaker and it arrived completely defective. It powers on and connects to Bluetooth, but there is absolutely ZERO sound. I tried Pen Drive mode and FM mode—still dead silence.

To make matters worse, support is asking me to courier this faulty 'brand new' product to them at MY OWN EXPENSE. Why should I pay shipping for a product that was broken out of the box?

I was actually planning to buy the Blaupunkt Atomik Knightz 45K (450W) next, but after seeing this quality control and poor service for a small speaker, I have completely changed my mind. If they can't handle a simple return for a small item, I definitely won't risk spending ₹25,000+ on their expensive gear. I am taking my business to JBL or Sony instead.

Very bad marketing i specially ordered after seeing the aux feature in the product description & this is such a scam for such a old reputed company

The product provides good sound quality however, there are problems with the audio jack.
